Nanotol Textile Protector
Nano coating for fabric, leather, suede.
High quality nanotechnological fabric impregnation. Unlike most "waterproof" sprays for textiles, Nanotol penetrates into every fiber of the fabric or leather instead of just covering the surface. Thus nanoparticles can be placed around each individual textile fiber.
This has decisive benefits:
- The texture of the fabric remains the same. The surface does not become stiff or sticky.
- The fabric remains breathable, which is particularly important for shoes and clothing, as the spaces between the individual threads remain open.
- No liquids can soak into fibers. This also prevents the penetration of dirt.
- The threads and fabric remain clean in the long term. Dirt does not penetrate and can be removed very easily and gently.
- Textiles are protected for a long time and look like new.

Possible areas of application
Nanotol Textile Protector is ideally suitable if you want to protect your favorite shoes, a new couch or an expensive coat from stains and aging permanently. Protect expensive tablecloths against wine stains, car seats against food or white sneakers against stains and yellowing. Convertible car tops become water and dirt, i.e. resin repellent. All sealed fabrics have an easy-to-clean surface and can be cleaned with water without any detergent because there is no dirt in the fiber.
Nanotol Textile Protector does not have a water column and is therefore not suitable for sealing shoes in such a way that you can stand in a puddle. Water would not penetrate into the fabric, but over time it would penetrate between the individual threads.
Application
Spray Nanotol Textile Protector onto the fabric until all fibers have been soaked by the liquid. After a drying time of 24 hours the liquid has evaporated and nanoparticles have remained. You don’t have to go outside to apply the Protector because there is no odor and no unhealthy gas.

How to use Nanotol Textile Protector
Cleaning
The textile should be clean and dry before you treat it. No residues of the cleaning agent should stick to the fibers. Clean like you always do.
Nano Coating
Treatment with Nanotol Textile Protector is very easy. Spray the liquid on the surface until every fiber of the fabric to be treated has soaked up the sealant and is wet. Too much is only when puddles form. Too little if there are lighter areas that are not soaked.
Following the textile just needs to dry. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours.
Harmlessness
Since we do not work with propellants or other harmful ingredients, the treatment does not have to take place outside, nor will you smell the treatment. Moisten the clean textile thoroughly and let it dry. So easy.
TIP: If your textile has already been pretreated to make it water-repellent, you can sometimes work the protector into the fiber with a little pressure. A clean brush or paint roller may help here. We have repeatedly learned that this means that sealing with Nanotol is still possible.
Refreshing
How long the sealing will last varies from application to application, depending on the degree of use of the textile. We recommend resealing if the effect is noticed to wear off. If in doubt, this can be tested with some clean water. When refreshing, imperfections are filled. However, intact areas do not get a second layer. You need significantly less sealing than the first time.
Washing
After nano coating, you can rinse treated surfaces under water. Use a brush or cloth to loosen the dirt. You can e.g. simply clean under the water pipe.
Waterproof or water repellent
Nanotol is an easy-to-clean coating. Treatment with Nanotol Textile Protector does not make a textile waterproof but water repellent. Since the sealing encloses the individual fibers but does not seal the surface like plastic, water can still penetrate at higher pressure. The fibers do not get wet and the textile does not get dirty, but the water still comes through the gaps.
For example, if you accidentally step into a puddle, stay dry. If you stay there longer, your socks will still get wet over time.
This can also happen when riding a motorcycle if the rain pressure becomes too high. In contrast, we have had very good experience with convertible roofs. If in doubt, ask us directly whether we recommend the application.
